Which control panel do you use?
cPanel + WHM. The same interface used by most major hosts — if you have used Bluehost, SiteGround, A2, or HostGator, you already know it.
Can I run WordPress?
Yes. cPanel includes a one-click WordPress installer. You can also install manually via FTP or SSH if you prefer. Auto-updates and backups are configured by default.
How do you handle email?
Every plan includes email accounts hosted on the same server. If you need a dedicated business-email setup with mailboxes scaling independently of website storage, see our Business Email plans.
What happens if I outgrow shared?
Migrate to a VPS. We will move your sites, databases, and email accounts at no charge — typically within the same maintenance window.
Backups?
Daily backups on Business and Pro; weekly on Starter. Restore via cPanel or by opening a ticket.
Refunds and cancellation?
7-day money-back on first signup. Cancel any time from the client portal; service runs to the end of the paid period.
